Begin your evening by savoring a curated selection of premium dry-cured meats and artisanal cheeses from Italy, France, and Spain. Cheese Selections: Cremizola: A harmonious blend of Gorgonzola and Mascarpone, offering a rich, creamy texture. Aged Mahón: Hailing from Menorca, this Spanish cheese is traditionally soaked in olive oil infused with black pepper and tarragon, presenting a unique and aromatic profile. Chèvre Buche de Lucay: A French goat cheese with a bloomy rind, delivering a fresh and delicate taste. San Pio: An Italian cheese infused with white wine, which adds a subtle yet distinctive flavour. Charcuterie Selections: Chorizo Ibérico Bellota: Considered the finest chorizo globally, made from free-range Ibérico pigs that feast on acorns, resulting in a rich and nuanced taste. Prosciutto di Parma: Aged for 30 months, this Italian staple boasts a sweet and delicate flavour, attributed to sea salt and the air of the Parma hills. Bresaola Casereccia: Soaked in red wine, this Italian delicacy offers an intense and robust flavour. Lomo: A Spanish cured pork loin known for its tender texture and savoury taste. TRUFFLE RAVIOLO AL UOVO

The showstopper! Cut into handcrafted pasta to release a golden egg yolk, flowing into brown butter sage sauce. Enhanced with truffle jam and wrapped in fresh pasta with ricotta & parmesan. It's seduction on a plate.
