Our wholesome comfort food and relaxed atmosphere will transport you back to grandma's kitchen. Savor the deep flavors of homemade, European-inspired dishes that are good for the body and soul.
USING FRESH INGREDIENTS
We use free-range brown eggs and make our hollandaise fresh from scratch. We roll each cabbage roll in our pickled cabbage. We grind and mix our own meats, shape each AAA burger patty, and stuff each sausage. We slice, tenderize, brine and bread each piece of schnitzel following an old family recipe. We simmer bones and veggies for days for our french onion soup, which is famous for its deep flavor and sweetness.
SCRATCH MADE
We proudly make our English muffins, ravioli, spätzle, smokey bacon, peameal, sausages, roasts, Montreal smoked meats, burgers, most of the charcuterie meats as well as hummus, jams, pickles, sauces & dressings, in-house from scratch. Lil Chef finishes our famous English Muffins in butter, which makes them heavenly and hard to forget, just like our bennies.
